I am now, offiially in Edmonton. I am currently using my cousin Adam's laptop in his appartment. Just spent the night n his floor, which he so kindly provided. I am, so far enjoying my tiime in Edmonton- Adam's a cool guy and this is a cool town. I would like also to state also that never have I seen such an obscene explosion of obese consumerism at the West Edmonton Mall. Wow.
It took a long time to get here and I will tell you all of my exploits later-For now the Keefesess are here and thanksgiving dinner has arrived in tupperware.

Hope it was enjoyable! No thanksgiving for the Brits. Hope it was nice with our Alberta bretheren. Tell everyone out west I said hi!

Is the west not wonderful? The Rockies are a beautiful sight. I rememeber flying over the mountains for the first time and it was a huge moment for me. To see mountain peaks sticking out of the clouds was a big thing for me!! Not many big hills on PEI! Then I saw the Alps....and that really blew it all away. Travelling is a wonderful way to learn your georgaphy and meet lots of great people. Have tons of fun but be good to your self. Louise

The west is truly grand!
I've done the opposite you have-I've beeen into the rockies, and over the alps!
I really do have the family travel bug and the only cure is hoboship.
